“I purchased a 93 year old home and did a complete renovation. C. H. Construction did excellent work on every project beyond my capabilities. They really cared about the house itself & treated myself & the house as more than just the next job! They removed dangerous ancient garage doors, installed support beams, enclosed the garage, installed a set of french doors, and installed new siding with care to make the job look right. They removed an old bath cabinet & replaced it with a pedestal sink, taking care with the walls and trim, so that the finished room looks great. The house had never had C/H/A, and they lowered ceilings & built the duct work channels so that they are actually an asset to the rooms. They installed door ways where there were none, built closets & I followed many of their suggestions that really look great now! They revamped the attic access, reinforced & replaced gable screening and much, much more. I appreciate the thought & care that went into each project, as if it was their own.
