The project required careful demolition of our old barn, preserving the existing tack room, and building a new 5 stall barn on the existing foundation. The crew was skilled, pleasant, and fast. The staging and management of materials was impressive. They used a Pettibone lift in ingenious ways. The whole project wa completed in 81 days and we could not be happier. “I wanted to provide an interesting and safe access to a small tree house in our backyard and contacted Salter. I had seen many of their ads in several of the builder magazines I get. I contacted them and provided photos and dimension for the access area. Received an approval drawing, modified as needed and ordered. I had a couple of question during the ordering process and during assembly. Nothing major and the customer service people answered promptly. I used the galvanized material and painted before assembly with touch up following assembly. No problems with assembly. Kids love the spiral stairs. Has been installed about 9 months, no issues”

My installation did not look good at all so I did some checking to see what other installs look like and came across some photos that Jemar posted of its dectec installs. They looked very good so I sent a message asking for some info. Jeff was amazing and offered to look at photos of my install. He responded quickly with a lengthy, detailed email explaining what was done wrong. My roofer has now admitted it was installed incorrectly and has promised to fix it. I am acting as my own contractor building a 12,000 square foot house and I can tell you it is very rare to find companies like Jemar-- and I have already dealt with dozens of trades. Jeff is detail oriented and cares about quality and people. If you are fortunate to live in his work area, definitely consider this company for work you need and of course, always get references and call those references to see if they are enthusiastic about the contractor.”
