“Bought an older home that had been a foreclosure. An old galvanized steel drain pipe rusted through and had leaked inside the wall behind the kitchen sink probably for years. The sole plate of the wall, bottom of studs in the wall, the sill plate, band/rim joists, and sub floor under the sink cabinet were rotted to the point that you could poke your finger through it like a pile of mulch. I hired Dry-Pro to replace the rotted structure. They called the day before they were scheduled to begin and let me know that they needed to re-schedule because the job they were on before mine was running over. Some people would probably have been ticked about this, but I think it's understandable. I'd rather have a company take the time to do the job right, rather than rush through it just so they can get to the next job. They showed up on time on the re-scheduled day and got to work. The repair was completed in a single day and looked great.”

They called promptly after purchase to schedule an appointment for installation. They advised us on how to prepare for the installation, i.e., moving furniture and taking care of valuables. The installers arrived at the time scheduled. They surveyed the job, checked with us that the carpet was correct and got right to work. They did a beautiful job! They were polite and efficient.
