The work was complex for the stairs as they were an unusual shape with awkward angles. I designed the balustrade to scale and Robert, the Director then came out and measured up to get the accuracy needed. The balustrade came in one piece so it was imperative that it married up to the stairs themselves. And it did! Very precise and beautifully crafted work with added input on the curve design from Robert to make it work. Very professional and patient to deal with. Kept within budget and deadlines.”
