“Pitch Concepts completed a full scope deck installation on the roof of our unit in the DePaul area (West Webster). The scope include a very large deck (approx. 70 feet by 18 feet) and included the design, supply and installation of the decking, pergola, dividing walls, natural gas piping, electrical work, lighting and artificial turf on a portion of the roof. Pitch Concepts also provide assistance and recommendations on furniture and gas grills. Pitch Concepts work on this project was exceptional. On time, on budget, high quality and incredible customer service. Great follow up as well. We are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend Pitch Concepts. “Our garden club hired General Masonry Inc.to replace a stone pillar that was leaning due to problems with the foundation. They took the pillar down, cleaned and re-used the stones, created a new foundation and rebuilt the pillar. It looks great. I was especially impressed with the company and how they worked with the village of Wilmette. Often, obtaining permits and follow up electrical work, which was the village's responsibility, takes time. General Masonry Inc. was on top of the communication among all the involved parties and our pillar had electricity within a few days of its completion. I highly recommend them for your next masonry project.”

John and his team worked with me on a vision for the space, drew up the plans and then installed quickly on exactly the date they said they would start. The wow! factor is the high quality materials Krugel uses which are beautiful and you know will last. The icing on the cake is how quickly they responded to a few small requests I had a few weeks after the job was done. With Krugel you get excellent, professional service, but even more importantly a hard scape area that is is truly beautiful and exceeds expectations.”
