“Daly pretty much stuck to their time frame (which is difficult to find in the business world), were prompt, clean, returned phone calls, and completed our sunroom addition with high quality materials. After the room was complete they were still easy to get in touch with when we had questions or needed help. We are hiring them again to put in windows. “We used Tampa Bay Mill Works as a: 1 - Supplier to our contractor of trim, moldings, stair treads, and other raw materials 2 - Designer, builder, and installer of 3 bathrooms and one AM kitchen of custom cabinetry and assorted mill work 3 - Supplier and finisher of 16 8' Knotty Alder doors and hardware The cabinetry is beautiful and expertly manufactured and exquisitely finished. Great attention to detail and customer satisfaction was clearly a priority. Tampa Bay Mill Works also worked transparently with our contractor to supply the necessary materials at all steps during the 14 month (total) renovation project. Their onsite presence was professional and expert at all times and their design work was excellent. The budget was adhered to and the results were superior. We would definitely use them again.”

“We hired JR Pavers to resurface our 1,500 sf pool deck. They turned a dismal concrete slab into our own backyard oasis! For this reason, and the ones listed below, we are very happy to give them our highest recommendation. Customer Service: Lindsay from JR Paving was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. She promptly came to our house, took accurate measurements, answered all of our questions, then provided us with an accurate quote. Scheduling: Materials for the job were ordered on the day we approved the proposal. They were delivered on time and the work started on schedule. The entire job was finished earlier than we expected. Quality of Work: Carlos and his crew displayed an attention to details so often lacking in many of today’s contractors. They took painstaking efforts to make sure the patio had the right pitch and drained correctly. Intricate cuts were made to ensure the paving stones wrapped neatly around support columns, drain grates, and electrical equipment. “Craftsmanship” is not a term often used today but it best describes JR Pavers’ performance. Cleanliness/Respect for Personal Property: The crew from JR Pavers staged their equipment and materials so neither would be in our way or damage our personal property. They cleaned up after themselves and left our home in as good a shape as they found it. Conclusion: Every aspect of JR Pavers was a pleasure to deal with.
