“This was our first time building a home from start to finish. We spoke with 6 home builders and visited their model homes and homes that were still under construction. MJM stood out immediately. MJM's Quality and attention to detail was evident in every home we looked at. Every client of MJM's that we spoke with, and had the pleasure of touring their homes spoke highly of MJM , and all were extremely happy with the home MJM built them . MJM far exceeded our expectations. Anyone can build houses,but it takes an exceptional builder MJM to build you the home of your dreams. We are living in our home for 2 years now. Everyday we walk through those doors we realize how much we love our home,and how grateful we are that we chose MJM. We highly recommend MJM.”

“We used this company to renovate the exterior of our cottage at Kiawah Island. I was very impressed with the work. No short cuts were used and attention was paid to details. We used them to add several other improvements in addition to the exterior work. This including replacing the floor and ceiling on the screen porch as well as replacing the deck. We added lighting, under cottage decking, and a ceiling fan too. The cost for work at Kiawah can be outrageous. We found this company to be reasonable and a great value. Perhaps the best thing about Contrast Exteriors was their ability to deal with the very contentious and uncooperative ARB at Kiawah.”

“Mike Todd, Owner of Creative Contrete Solutions, did an excellent job with providing us the patio we requested. He explained the process, answered all questions, and was very professional and courteous. When it came time for the stamping, Mike showed us many pictures, and reviewed what we wanted several times before the final stamping, to make sure he understood our needs. The same was true when adding color to the stamping. He provided many pictures of his previous work, so we could decide our colors. The people that worked for him to do the prep work were all very professional and courteous as well. They did their job, cleaned up after themselves and left. The entire project took a week, as indicated.”

“We have a 2 year old kid and needed a fence fast for our new beach house. We had several estimates and the guys at Myrtle Beach Fence came out on time to give us an estimate which was a little less but very comparable to another estimate we received but we just made the decision to go with them based on the fact that they said our new fence could be installed quickly due to the type of material/style we chose. Let me tell you, THEY ABSOLUTELY DELIVERED! Worked through the extreme heat and built our fence in 1 day. It's a magnificent job and we are extremely happy.”
