“I contacted 14 companies to request a repair for my eavestrough. Many didn't even bother to return my call. Some came to see the job and said they would get back to me with an estimate. Most refused to even quote because they said it was too difficult or too dangerous for their crew. Two others presented me with astronomical quotes for the job which was at the front of my home and easily accessible by ladder from my neighbour's driveway. One who came, gave me an attractive "low ball" quote but didn't inspire confidence that he could do the job to my exacting needs. Some would only quote on the complete replacement of the entire eavestrough and downspouts, and said that I should also have gutter guards installed, of course all at a highly inflated price. Zoran came to inspect the job, explained what he would do, gave me, a written quote, on the spot, for both a repair only, which he said presented no problems for him, and for a complete replacement of my troughs if I wished to go that route. His prices for both quotes were reasonable, and he did not pressure me in any way, as other estimators had tried. After all my research of possible companies, I gave Zoran the job of doing the repair. His super office manager, Suzy, set up a date for the job to be done. On that day, Zoran and his crew arrived on time. They completed the work in a very professional manner in exactly the way that I had specified. The men were efficient and congenial, and I would recommend CanMac to anyone who needed an honest quote for a proper eavestroughing job to be done.”
