“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. You will love working with the team at Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck and thoroughly enjoy your new fence or deck for years to come. D. M. Benischek”

“Mission Exteriors installed 21 Andersen Woodwright replacement windows in our house in Bethesda, as well as one vinyl sliding window in a basement window well, and did an excellent job. Robert the owner explained our choices, patiently answered all our questions, and remained engaged throughout the entire project. There was no annoying upsell, just some very thoughtful and objective suggestions on what options might work best, given the various sizes and locations of the existing windows. Daniel and his installation crew worked carefully and efficiently and ran an extremely clean and well-organized worksite. The job was finished on time, and clean-up was very thorough. We were very happy with the high quality of workmanship, as well as their solution to the problematical below-ground basement window that we thought would be too difficult to replace. We highly recommend Mission Exteriors, especially for the strong sense of craftsmanship that they bring to their work.”

“GT masonry rebuilt the dangerously uneven and deteriorated flagstone front porch steps (two sets). They added another step, making each step wide with easy and even elevations. He also replaced deteriorated mortar on the front walk, and set post support brackets for a railing. His price was very reasonable for the work and expertise involved. He was always on time whenever we agreed to meet and discuss the job. It was a pleasure to work with him. I am happy I had a chance to meet this fine craftsman and pleasant man. See photos of steps after and before attached.”

“Fine Decks, Inc designed and built a 750 square foot deck, outdoor bar and pergola for my family in the fall of 2012. The design was creative, the work was expert and the price was very reasonable. The crews performing the work were clean, very professional and willing to explain the process as it progressed. “We worked with Eddie on replacing our crumbling front retaining wall, walkway and steps in northwest DC. Eddie is completely trustworthy, transparent, energetic, and committed to getting the job right. He also has a great sense of design and knows how to work with the client. The work -- done by master stonemason Raul and sons -- turned out even better than we hoped, beautifully executed with bricks that make the wall look almost original to our 1930 home. Eddie was also tireless in chasing after DC authorities to get our plans approved and the job inspected. Long after the job was complete, he continued to contact city authorities to make sure the security deposit we paid to the city in order to undertake the job -- was returned to us. We recommend Eddie without reservation.”

“My wife and I are very pleased with the entire crew and staff at Fence and Deck Connection. They did a beautiful job on the Deck and have been very responsive throughout the process from the pre-planning stages, through construction and post construction. “Best Landscape and Construction have done 4 jobs for me. The first job was removing a long driveway and sidewalk and replaced it with permeable pavers. He had to work with the county for rebates they were offering. He made that easy. When it turned into more work than was anticipated, he did not come back wanting to raise the price. On the other jobs he was very helpful offering ideas on how to achive what I needed. They always arrived on time and did what they promised. His workers are always friendly. He has certifications that are helpful in achiving your goals. They are always my go to company for landscape or outside work.”
