“Mike Perkins of ERS personally did the work on my wooden porch railing which was showing a lot of wear after 25 years. I just wanted the worst parts repaired in order to get a few more years out of it. He understood what I wanted and did what was necessary, The work was completed in about four hours including the clean up. When the time comes to replace the railing I will be contacting Mike again. Caleb prepared an imaginative design, and helped us with material selection and budget preparation.The only cost overuns were due to change orders( expansions and additional stairs ) requested by us. The result is a beautiful deck and pool area which has added value to our home and provides a resort like atmosphere for our family and friends.Centex's bid was not the cheapset and not the most expensive.
