“From the initial contact to this company, to the finish of the project, they have been one of the best contractor's I've had an experience with. We contracted them to replace the original cedar siding on our split-level home (which paint was peeling off the south face) and single-pane aluminum framed windows, with new HardiePlank siding and Milgard Windows. They were professional, efficient, competitively priced, and installed it all while I was at home with a 3 month old baby. I wish we'd waited for the installation only because my son would've enjoyed watching them work! But the difference it made for the street appearance, and warmth of my home was excellent. “I asked few siding companies for bids on the project of a complete siding replacement at our house. It was an urgent, large project because the previous siding was failing and the water was running behind 10 windows in the house. We also have a house that had a siding combination of different designs and wanted to have a solution that would match the existing design and provide highest quality and durability of Hardie. This was the only company where the sales person actually listened to us and was able to match the design - and even made few suggestions to actually improve it. At the same time the sales person was able to answer all of the questions I had (and I am a picky buyer). I signed a fixed price contract that included all of the potential repairs under the siding! The only changed I had to the contract later was because I asked them to also replace two doors, which of course required some more money. They were not the cheapest (there was a company that was about 2% cheaper), but were the only company that actually was able to match what we wanted (which means it is really not comparable to the cheaper offer). The project manager came next to discuss details of the project including dates, material location, etc. He also discussed things like how to attach the supporting infrastructure (we have a 28 ft wall that needed to be finished). He stayed in close contact with me throughout the process and answered any request in less than 12 hours. The installation crew was between 3-5 people working at the same time. 80% of siding installation happened in rain and this was winter season, which means the light part of the day was short. They worked from sunrise to sunset. The crew was quick to work, very precise (all lines are straight), worked according to specifications, when they discovered problems they presented choices and ask me to decide (with project manager). The best part: they cleaned up everything every day. When they needed to remove hardware (like lights, doorbell, etc.), they put it back up. They finished all external connections (like vents, power) in a way that prevents leakage. Same with the deck and roof that is always a concern... Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the job they did. Several people stopped at the house asking about the siding. I waited a year before I wrote this review: wanted to see how the siding holds up. I did not find a single problem with it yet.”

“Our architect had designed a rain screen installation for our exterior siding using Hardie panel fiber cement board. The look was modern requiring edges of panels to align and stainless steel fasteners that held on the siding also be in straight lines. The panels were sized to match up with windows and doors making alignment a difficult task. Kyle and his workers removed poorly and incorrectly installed fiber cement board installed by prior contactor. Kyle inspected the flashing and vapor barrier and recommended the flashing around the windows be removed and new flashing installed correctly. The finished product was fantastic, Looking at the sun shining down the side of our house produces a consistent sheen with edges of panels aligned and straight rows of stainless steel screw heads. Truly beautiful. His team communicated well when unforeseen issues arose from installing siding on a house built in 1932 suggesting several solutions from which we could choose. Kyle gave us an cost estimate of for siding our house and provided further breakdown of materials and labor when we requested more information. We were notified of any increase in cost do to unforeseen conditions. A house that was recently completed by Kyle using our type of siding was provided as a reference of his work. This house was also very well done. We are very satisfied with the look and have confidence the siding won't be leaking in rain.”
