“Daly pretty much stuck to their time frame (which is difficult to find in the business world), were prompt, clean, returned phone calls, and completed our sunroom addition with high quality materials. After the room was complete they were still easy to get in touch with when we had questions or needed help. We are hiring them again to put in windows. Fair pricing, good quality, and nice people helped seal the deal!”

“We used Tampa Bay Mill Works as a: 1 - Supplier to our contractor of trim, moldings, stair treads, and other raw materials 2 - Designer, builder, and installer of 3 bathrooms and one AM kitchen of custom cabinetry and assorted mill work 3 - Supplier and finisher of 16 8' Knotty Alder doors and hardware The cabinetry is beautiful and expertly manufactured and exquisitely finished. Great attention to detail and customer satisfaction was clearly a priority. Tampa Bay Mill Works also worked transparently with our contractor to supply the necessary materials at all steps during the 14 month (total) renovation project. Their onsite presence was professional and expert at all times and their design work was excellent. The budget was adhered to and the results were superior. We would definitely use them again.”

“Our paver sealing project was going to be a challenge for Tropical Paver Sealing right from the start. Our patio is at the back of our condominium at the end of our living room. The only entrance and exit point was through our front door, off the common area of the carpeted corridor to our first floor unit. This is opposed to driving up to a house, bringing power-washing equipment up someone’s driveway or through a gate to their backyard or pool area. Our crew, J.C. and Brian were brilliant, efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. I had laid down some vinyl sheeting so their equipment and tools could be rolled in over the tiled floors and carpet to the sliding glass doors. They worked as a team and it was all the more impressive as it wasn’t just our patio that was going to be cleaned and sealed, but our neighbor’s patios as well, one on either side of ours. The entire project took from 9:30 a.m. until a little after 6:00 p.m. to do 3 separate patios and clean up took less than 10 minutes. Tropical Paver Sealing offered the best price, their well-deserved reputation and a great result! Save yourself the time and trouble of getting 3 or 4 quotes. There is only one game in town and that’s Tropical Paver Sealing! Thank you Amanda, J.C. and Brian!”

“The travertine stone was uniform thickness, big plus. Stone was shipped correctly, no broken tiles. I identified only 4 tiles out of about 93 that couldn't be fully used due to a seam that ran through the tile from back to face, but they were still useful for half tile use (corners, edges, etc). The stone is very beautiful and the color tone of each tile was within an acceptable color tone range based on the samples we were sent. I've read reviews of other suppliers which customers received up to three different color tones. Jay was good to work with, he sent samples after my first inquiry, which helped a lot. Overall communication was good, from inquiry to ordering to shipment status. Note : my project cost is for tile, not entire project.”

“Renovating a house from top to bottom inside and outside in St Pete Beach. Couch Brick Pavers was excellent from beginning to end. Larry Couch was able to take my vision and deliver beyond expectations. Professional and of Highest Quality. Follow up and communications excellent. Solar Pavers were added and are bright in the evening. Have had so many positive comments. Essentially, there is a walkway around the house and pavers on the back lanai and the front porch.”
