“After having our house professionally painted twice within a 5 year period and paint still not adhering to it, we decided to look at alternatives that included residing. After much time researching our options, we decided to hire Homescapes of New England. The owner, Lynette Rogers, spent a lot of time with us, discussing and walking the property, asking a lot of questions about what we like/don't like and returned with a comprehensive proposal. It included an outline of the project scope and time, detailed costs of both material and labor, and warranties that were automatically included and covered all - products and installation. Her project manager and installation team were incredible - extremely knowledgable, patient when we wanted to make changes, respectful, and outstanding craftsmen. Our house looks even better than we could have ever imagined, and the entire process was pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who is considering a siding project.”

“I used J.R. Heald Custom Carpentry to install a large (38X12), elevated deck using Trex products. I was extremely pleased with the finished product and enjoyed working with Justin. The deck was completed on time and on budget. Justin's professionalism started with his proposal. Justin sent me a nine-page proposal that included a detailed scope of work and an approximate completion timeframe. When contrasted with the other company's one-page proposal with few details beyond the price, I easily chose Justin. Justin's price was comparable to the other company, even with the extra cost of installing the Trex on a diagonal and some other niceties the other bid didn't include. Justin used a helical pile product instead of concrete footings. The helical pile was quickly installed, gave a measurable load bearing capacity, and created minimal mess. Justin suggested that I go with the black balusters which I never would have considered on my own. What a great suggestion! They blend right in and don't detract from the view. Justin was the type of contractor I felt comfortable leaving unsupervised at my home; his crew was equally respectable. Justin showed up every day and worked the full day; he didn't hop between jobs like some contractors do. His attention to detail was spectacular. He even ran a magnet over my yard, so my daughter wouldn't step on a nail. I would highly recommend J.R. Heald Custom Carpentry.”

“We had the absolute best experience with Premier Deck! They are extremely professional, kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, and had competitive pricing. Steve really listened to our needs and designed a deck that was exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. The builders were extremely friendly, courteous and respectful. They showed up early every day, were so kind, and even left the worksite clean. Our deck is gorgeous. The entire job was perfect start to finish. “Kaloyan spent several months on and off doing lots of Hardscape work for my new home. He built retainer walls, an entry deck, stone siding, pillars to work with the fence around my pool and a large beautiful pool deck of pavers. He takes pride in his work and works well with other contractors respecting their needs. He made suggestions as he went along making changes to the original plan and making it better. He is resourceful and a pleasure to work with. Obviously I highly recommend him for your masonry needs.”

“I hired Adam over a year ago to build a decorative block retaining wall at my home with integrated granite steps, a stone walkway and new granite house stairs. His price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the quality of his work. He was always attentive to my thoughts and suggestions and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. He was very easy to work with and quickly helped me turn my initial idea into an end result that exceeded my expectations. My highest praise for Adam is for his commitment to customer service. Recently, about a year after completing the project, I contacted Adam about a small winter settling issue involving two steps that he resolved quickly and with no hesitation. Adam stands by his work and I do not hesitate recommending Artisan Masonry LLC.”
