“I recently had a total re-do of the exterior of my 25 year old home. This included new windows, sliders, Hardie siding, soffit, lighting, doors, trim… the works. This was not anything I was familiar with so it was important that when I met with contractors, I understood the whole process, my choices and options, and of course the cost. I went with DL Design Construction for several reasons: the owner himself came out to discuss the project with me, bringing abundant samples and leaving me with detailed figures for the work I wanted done, to which it was easy to add or subtract as the project evolved. Afterwards he routinely visited the site to make sure I was happy with the progress. The office also kept in constant touch with me about the project, and responded to me quickly and in detail whenever I had a question or request. The crew was absolutely wonderful. I saw it myself and had at least three neighbors come down and compliment them for how hard they worked, how careful they were, and how neat everything was left at the end of the day. They also communicated with me on a day-to-day basis, right down to what kind of new house numbers I wanted and where the doorbell should go. The professionalism that DL Design Construction exhibited made me comfortable throughout the entire project, which was extensive and could have been nerve-wracking to someone like myself who is unfamiliar with construction. Instead I looked forward to each phase of the renovation as it went forward, and now I have a "new" house that is both beautiful and well-built!”

“Central Valley Fence Company is fantastic! Above and beyond my expectations. They replaced my fence with a beautiful redwood showcase that easily withstands 75-mile an hour wind gusts. “From the initial project plan discussion to the final walk-through at completion, Bob Langs and his team with Advanced Decking were phenomenal to work with. After meeting Bob for a short time at a local home show and setting an appointment, Bob actually showed early and spent the next hour going over decking possibilities, scope of work, and the process from demo to completion. Bob even worked on getting a better quality deck product at a much lower price. After getting back to me with a bid a day or so later and showing some other decking samples, the start date was set. His team showed up on time and got to work. Over the next week, they worked tirelessly demolishing the existing deck, prepping for the new one, getting everything built, and finishing it all off. They even worked through a massive storm that blew through to make sure everything was done on time. Mike and John listened to and discussed some small details of the build to make sure we got what we wanted. At job completion, they cleaned everything up like they weren't even there. Bob made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and made sure we were completely happy with the final product. We were ecstatic! Bob's bid came in at over $3k less than several other contractors, but the product is certainly not a "you get what you paid for." The deck looks amazing. His team did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier with the deck Bob and his team with Advanced Decking built.”
