“What a relief it was to find a company like Innovative. I had contacted two other companies, each of whom had agreed and confirmed a start date to re-roof my house -- and neither one showed up! There was not even a phone call from these folks. I called three other companies, each one setting a review of the job for an estimate, but Innovative actually followed up immediately and the co-owner drove over (even though he was on his way to lunch with his wife!) to introduce himself and scan the job. As the interview progressed, I was completely satisfied with the professionalism and earnestness of the company. I hired them on the spot and called the other businesses to cancel the estimates.
