Their sales reps were courteous, informative and not pushy, however they didn't realize that their roof venting system (which they highlighted as a major improvement for my roof) wouldn't be compatible with my insulated vaulted ceilings. They kept me well informed of their scheduled start date which evolved a bit due to weather and other projects. Once they got started, the crew worked efficiently and carefully around my extensive landscaping and did a good job with the installation. They consulted with me immediately once the incompatibility with the vent system became apparent.
