He was one of three contractors we interviewed from that source. Of the group, only Lester offered the perfect combo of attractive pricing and patient, expert guidance. For many years, we had wanted to highlight the prominent roof of our Arts and Crafts bungalow with a more distinctive shingle --- something other than the standard tab --- but didn't think we could afford the upgrade. Lester directed our attention to GAF's Camelot II line --- which gave us the desired look at a price we could live with. This was not the easiest roof to install: it required measuring and careful cutting. I had my entire roof replaced (all shingles removed and new ones applied), a large amount of soffit to close up the top of my closed deck (which had always looked awful), and brand-new gutters and leaders. For no additional cost, they also offered to repair one of my front steps which has been an eye sore for the longest time. The owners, workers, and sub-contractors are extremely professional. Dan and Henry were extremely quick to respond to all inquiries. They do NOT "cut corners" with anything and keep the customer informed every step of the way. Their prices are either better or match all of their competitors. As beautiful as my roof and gutters look now, my deck looks absolutely AMAZING with the new, perfectly-leveled ceiling of soffit. “All the people who work for this company are very pleasant and professional at their job. This includes the scheduler and the outside workers who do 'the dirty work'. I have used them several times and am still amazed at how well they do their job in such a quiet, efficient and speedy way. For example I usually see their truck when they arrive because they are always on schedule. When I make my appointment to have my gutters clean I usually remind them that I do not want them to Jump down from one level of roof to the other since I have cathedral ceilings and no attic or crawl space. Because of this my ceilings could crack very easily. The workers are like ghosts (good ones) I see them arrive and then within about 15 or 20 minutes they are gone, the truck is gone and all my multi level gutters are perfectly cleaned . All the leaves that were cleared from the gutters have disappeared and my outside water hose that had to be used to flush the gutters clean is back in place. I never even hear them on the roof nor do I hear them leave. Before I hired them to do this annual job I had another company and they were the opposite in every way. I will continue to use Garden State Gutter Cleaning annually.”
