“Very lucky we chose Highbanks. Several other contractors only offered extensive repairs to fix a roof leak, one wanted to replace the entire roof. But Jim said he would try to figure out what was causing the leak and he spent much more time in the attic than anyone else did and found right where the problem was. Offered to do it for less than $300, with a guarantee it wouldn't leak for 5 years at that same spot. It took 2 tries, but he kept his word and came back within a couple days when the leak persisted after the first visit. This time- no leak, and no more buckets catching water.”

I had no idea Hail had hit my home and I was ready to shell out 10k to just have it replaced. They met the adjuster and negotiated a full replacement with my insurance company. The quality of the job was outstanding and the project manager took the time to explain every process and what the material was while it was being built.
