They went well beyond what even we agreed upon because once they got up there, the owner, who personally manages the inspection, pricing, and job, saw other things that needed to be done. And in 45 years, I have never seen an estimate like the one delivered to me by the owner! The detail was incredible, all the way down to the ariel pictures of the roof and trouble spots, so I could see exactly what he was talking about. Several roofing companies came to give me an estimate; however, once I talked with Alejandro and met with him, it was an easy decision as to what company to hire.
