A large project to redesign a fireplace area with drywall and granite. Enclose the back of the fireplace with drywall and a chair rail. Close up an interior window with drywall. Plumbing- kitchen faucet, tub drain and caulking. Electrical- addition of ceiling lights, basement workshop lights, workshop outlets, additional outlets for a bookcase, outdoor sensor lighting. Installation of ceiling fans. Sump pump repair, replacement of battery. Misc repairs with cabinet door hinges, minor roof repairs, installation of screen door.
