Ampelio and his team were on time, on budget, courteous, clean, and even offered design ideas we hadn’t considered. If you’re reading this review and wondering whether they are worth it I can tell you we’ve already hired them 2 times and we will definitely be scheduling them to do a couple more installation jobs at our house. “It was great working with Zack Ilinetsky and his team. They were professional, communicative, and respectful. They kept the project going and were amazingly on time (5 weeks) to finish the project. There were so many moving parts that Zack kept track of and was on top of, so no delays. All of the inspections were passed with flying colors. He kept the costs down as much as possible, always checking in on how to do things without unnecessarily increasing costs, though he certainly didn't cut corners. He was very thorough and made sure we all were happy with the results. We were very impressed with his work and look forward to using Green Bay Remodeling again for future work on our home.”

“We recently worked with Refresh & Build to do some work in our kitchen, and in a few living spaces. We found out about them through a friend who had also had work done, and are very pleased with how great everything turned out. Our work included demolition, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring and paint - so pretty much complete renovation. They are extremely experienced, were able to work within our budget and helped provide recommendations on materials. We worked most closely with Sam, who was extremely responsive and really helped take a lot of stress out of the project. Couldn’t be happier with the end results, and would definitely recommend them!”

“It was a pleasure to work with a contractor who begins the process and completes the project with no complications or negatives. We had just that kind of perfect experience beginning construction in April and completing our new kitchen at the end of May, 2016. Our designer, Linda, set the tone by being a great listener and then offering suggestions, most of which we implemented in the design. The next step, meeting with Kat and Scott, made it clear that the process would have open communication, clearly defined scheduling, a professional crew headed by the project manager, Curt, and the neatest and cleanest worksite ever imagined. We are now the happy owners of a marvelous new kitchen. The problems that inevitably arose were resolved quickly, keeping us on schedule. We are proud that we picked the best contractor possible. We highly recommend MSK Design Build.”

“My husband and I worked with Davis Home Pro on an extensive remodel of our 2,000 sq/ft home in Orinda. We took everything down to the studs and DHP did all new electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring, etc. Everyone we talked to cautioned us that our project would likely go way over budget and way over schedule. To our delight, this was not the case. DHP worked within our budget and provided alternatives when we need to cut costs. They were extremely up front with us from the get go and we knew exactly how much we were spending and when we went over budget it was our choice - not because we were forced into it or misled. Perhaps more importantly (we were expecting our first baby in the middle of this project), they were ON TIME. These two factors make them 5 stars in my opinion. I would say the quality of their work is very high. We have experienced some minor issues, like doors scraping floors or counters needing additional caulking. But DHP was quick to resolve during our 1-year warranty agreement. In addition to all this, Jason, Richard, Pete and team were a pleasure to work with. Extremely pro active and really nice people. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jobs big and small.”

“We hired Toupin Construction to remove our master bathroom bathtub and install a stall shower and a stackable washer/dryer in its place. We had two additional quotes from other contractors and we felt Toupin Construction's quote was comparable in price but offered more in terms of aesthetics and prior experience with this type of remodel. From the beginning of the project to the final touches, the Toupin crew were wonderful. They were on time. They were respectful of our home and always cleaned up before they left for the day. If we had any concerns, they addressed them immediately. Each evening, we received a phone call from their office outlining what would happen the next day. Owner Tim Toupin stopped in almost every day to monitor the project's progress. These personal touches really meant a lot to us and made the project stay on schedule and run smoothly. We are very happy with the finished project. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We love the shower, the new floor, the new paint colors, and the wonderful washer/dryer alcove. We would recommend Toupin Construction without any hesitation.”
