“I’ve worked with this team through 2 bathroom remodels. First our master bathroom which consisted of moving all plumbing, tearing down walls and even building walls. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful. Ken and his team worked fast and were very communicative during the process even with last minute changes. Secondly, our basement bathroom had a flood and we decided to work with Ken and his team again. We moved plumbing, torn down walls, added new walls and our bathroom is amazing and it was completely so quickly. I appreciate not only how fast the team worked, but how involved in the process we were. From lighting, to switches, to hanging up the towel bar, we were always involved to make sure it was done right. We even asked the team to help with some lighting changes downstairs and adding a fan to our upstairs bathroom and they happily made time for us to make it happen. I 100% trust this team in my home and to care for my home as if it were their own. Glad I found them as we will always give them a call for our future projects.”

“A year ago they came out and gave up a really great quote on our idea for remodeling our home. They are very professional and even went as far as taking us to a few of their project homes to show us the quality of work and some past successes. “Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. “Dmitriy and his team did an outstanding job installing a walk/in marble shower for the first part of our bathroom remodeling then put in new cabinets, toilet, lights and flooring for the final part. Dmitriy was most helpful, worked hard to get us the flooring tile we wanted and was open to calls and e-mails.”

“We hired Bennett to perform a full kitchen remodel for our home - every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. We worked through a design that worked for us, maximized the space available to us (and even found the best design to match the space, at the lowest cost of all the options available to us), and ended up with a transformative space for our entire home. We had a lot of questions throughout the entire process - Bennett was always gracious with his time and more than willing to explain every option available to us (even going so far as to find additional solutions for us on multiple occasions). Bennett was thorough and on top of everything. We always felt we had an advocate with every contractor in our home - with him even going so far as to clean our space because some dust had made its way out. We got the project done with only a few small delays (entirely due to a couple cabinets being delivered in the incorrect configuration - which Bennett was able to get fixed promptly and at no cost to us) and on the budget we agreed to. I would give Innovated Home Renovations and Bennett my full throated endorsement and recommendation for anyone who wants a top notch remodel for their home. We'll definitely be going back when we want to get our bathroom done!”

“Community Builders did several home repair projects for us when we bought a home in West Seattle. David Minor was fair, knowledgable, and prompt with communication. The fence and railing projects were required by insurance and David found economical and lasting ways to fulfill our needs in those areas. We bought the house with a major problem with the basement bathroom and Community Builders did a wonderful job replacing a window, building a new wall, and putting in a new toilet and sink. The plumbing under the sink leaked. David was great about getting the repairs completed and communicating with us during the project.”
