They had renovated our kitchen for a fair price compared to other remodeling companies out in the MD area. Very knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Alex was very professional and very to the point where we needed some clarifications regarding to questions and he took his time to answer every each one of them. “We had a new roof put on our former home (2007) and Integrity not only explained their business and the options for shingles with respect, but did an excellent job doing the work. Their employees were extremely polite and cleaned up very well. When we bought our current home (2009), we asked them to do an inspection on its roof, and they told us honestly it was in fine shape and didn't need work. Because of their honesty, we recommended them to neighbors on both sides who have also hired them. Additionally, we asked them to do our new windows in our current home right after we moved in. Again, they were extremely professional, clean, and honest.”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”
