“I have had Cab-I-Net do two jobs for us, both our kitchen in 2009 and a rebuild in our attic in 2011. In both instances, my wife and I could not be happier with the outcome. We worked with Todd, the owner, on the initial design and project evaluation. He was always professional, courteous and above all, had the integrity I was looking for. During the project phase, as usual, there were surprises...so I appreciated Todd's willingness to hear us out and work toward a mutually agreeable solution. Finally, any follow up work that inevitably needs to happen, Todd was always prompt to remedy any situation that arose. “OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

“We hired Lisa Dell Design and BCS Construction to undertake a remodel of our kitchen, family room, dining room and bathroom. Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.”

“Our experience with Preferred Kitchen & Bath has been a positive one; I would not hesitate to recommend them. The interior design expertise is present where one would not find that artistic skill at a big-box type store. The planning was thorough and all details were made clear to us. There was a wide selection from which to choose. When it came time for the installation, all workers were 'first-class'. They were skilled, courteous and on time. We love the new kitchen! Also, to their credit, any details which were not quite right have been followed up addressed promptly. Many thanks to Preferred Kitchen & Bath! They are a very high-end operation.”

“Joe and Jason Mueller were a real pleasure to work with. Joe's design sense proved extremely helpful to us. He is a visionary for making dreams come true. Jason, is a superb project manager. He was always available to answer question and or concerns. His team of sub contractors worked together like a finely tuned machine. Inspired Remodels delivered on everything that we contracted them for. In our opinion IR competitively prices their estimates. We bid our project to 3 different vendors. We choose the middle bid based on the impression that Joe left us with after interviewing him. Be assured that we never had any regrets about choosing IR to do our master bathroom. Anytime you demolish the existing room down to the studs, you expect an extended timeline to rebuild it all from scratch. IR kept this at a minimum due to the close scheduling for the rebuilding tasks. I found it extremely interesting watching the whole process of building the new shower. I took a few pictures everyday so I could reflect back on what it took to put it all together not to mention seeing the location of existing pipes and electrical inside the walls. As a whole, the sub contractors used by IR performed their jobs in an extremely high quality nature. Mark, Ulysses and unfortunately I do not remember the tile installer, delivered A+ craftsmanship and customer servicing skills. I would not hesitate to use them again. If you are thinking about engaging a contractor, Michelle and I highly recommend that you include Inspired Remodel in your selection process. You will not be disappointed”
