She was wonderful to work with and listened to our needs every step of the way. She acted as the designer as well as the general contractor. We love the finished space! Everyone tells us it needs to be in a magazine. The second project was a glamorous master bedroom, bath, and dressing area in 2012. The results are fabulous! Again, she listened to our needs, incorporated many of our "finds" and blended it all with amazing results. She was always on time as well as on budget. I would recommend her services to anyone! “Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. She was a great help in picking colors and tile design. Ryan and Jason did the tear down and built the new shower, all the tile work and other miscellaneous things. Their work was beautiful. “We recently finished our major home renovation with TCW homes. We added on a huge new kitchen, master suite, an office, a huge two-car garage, and two-car driveway. It is pretty awesome, to say the least. So, let me start my review from the very beginning of my experience with TCW. I called Todd, the general contractor, on a Sunday evening expecting to get voicemail, however, he answered the phone and talked to me while at a Braves game. Todd promptly returned my call the next day and scheduled an appointment with me and the hubs on a weekday evening to accommodate our schedule. He met with us in the evenings several times for months before our project began, which definitely helped gain our confidence in him and his team. Before the project began, Todd was very clear in the pricing. He gave us a spreadsheet with an itemized list of services, materials, and prices, which also included allowances for certain materials we were able to choose such as tile, granite, cabinets. The allowances were pretty spot on. I believe I was a couple of hundred dollars under budget on all my allowances. He assured me several times the final price would not increase unless there were unforeseen issues with the house that needed repair, or if I added more work to the project, or if I went over my allowances. There were only two issues with the house that needed repair outside the original job description, and they promptly informed of the issues with the pricing. Communication was not an issue from the first phone call with Todd to the present. Todd and everyone on his team were almost immediately responsive at all hours of the day and night, as late as 11pm. Everyone showed up for meetings at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, responded to texts within minutes, etc. Going into this renovation I was advised from friends and family to just sell the house and find a better one. Everyone told me that contractors were all the same--crooks, dishonest, looking to cut corners, use the cheapest materials, overcharges, never responds to your calls, etc. Well, I decided to take a leap of faith with TCW homes and so far I'm glad I did. I didn't have any major issues with anyone on the TCW team. Any issue that came up was worked out fairly easily. They honored their word in regards to pricing. In regards to honesty, TCW fixed damages that I didn't even notice or expected them to fix. Everyone, contractors and subcontractors, were so nice that it was hard to complain about anything. My kitchen is beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. My master bedroom and bathroom are both beautiful. Everything turned out pretty awesome, and my family and I are enjoying our "new" house very much. Thank you TCW homes!”
