“Excellent and Highly Recommend!!! I made the first statement short and sweet for those who don't have time to read this entire review. My renovation project began as a significant renovation to the exterior of the home, with Terry doing a significant portion of the interior work required as I expanded and updated bathrooms and upper decking of the house. The house was then impacted by one of the other contractors who failed to perform which caused damage to the home. Terry and team were on site and did everything possible to assist me to try to mitigate the issues even though it was not really their responsibility. The project then became significantly larger as we gutted about 70% of the interior of the home. Terry and team painted completed trim and finish work as well as assisted with helping me find contractors for the portions they did not do. Terry and team were great and he's a guy you can count on to get things done AND finish them properly. Thanks Terry really appreciate it.”

“The team we had were polite, curtious and respectful. We our floor raised, hardwood floors installed, a sliding French door and trim around the windows and doors. We also had Mark custom build a mantel for our fireplace and it turned out awesome. It looks much better than any one you could purchase. The craftsman cleaned up each night. Micheal came by after the job was finished to walk through the project. We has minor issues with he had someone out the next day to take care of the problem. I would diffenty recommend My Handy Craftsman.”

“The only problem with working with the Tootles is that they do such a good job you'll ask them back over and over! We've hired them multiple times over the last few years for projects small to complete renovations. They've done fantastic work every time and given each project full attention. Most importantly they are completely trustworthy and honest. Painting, decorative fixtures, a built in entertainment system, stairs and railings remodel, and full bathroom remodel are some of the projects they've done great work on.”

“I hired Duffy to design, build, and install an entertainment center in my family room. He was very attentive to my design wishes and showed me a detailed sketch of his ideas during our first meeting. The job was complicated because he had to do a fair amount of drywall work to create a space for the entertainment center. When he did that part of the job he was extremely neat--he and his partner vacuumed and cleaned up behind themselves better than anyone I've ever worked with. The finished product is gorgeous, extremely well-made, and completely exceeded my expectations. I especially liked Duffy's attention to detail and his commitment to reducing waste. They completely demolished the old bathroom and installed everything from scratch to include, walls, floors, paint, fixtures, accessories, piping and lighting and were instrumental in the design of the bathroom and the selection of the materials. They completed the bathroom to our full satisfaction and focused on safety and suitability for my elderly mother with limited mobility.
