“I employed Louren Reddick and colleagues as general contractor on a 1000 sq ft gut renovation of an apartment, including a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. having lived in the results for two and a half years, i continue to marvel at the extraordinarily high build quality. friends including another builder (who didn't want the job because he didn't think he could meet my ridiculously high standards) and his architectural photographer wife have told me that the place is unusually good. these guys are the most creative problem solvers i've ever encountered (and this is the third home I've rehab'd in 20 years). their in-house architect, miracle-working wood shop, and relationships with strong subcontractors all contributed to results that exceeded my very high expectations. and they worked for nearly a year – demolition through completion – in a 120 unit building without a service entrance, without making life miserable for my neighbors.”

“We had Zenith Kitchen & Bath renovate our kitchen. We demolished our old kitchen and got a new one. The estimations were accurate as far as costs go - we knew how much we were going to spend and the billing/payments were milestone driven. The design process was interactive (they used a 3D software to show us what the design would look like before construction). They were able to accommodate our design needs effectively. The quality of the materials delivered were excellent. The installers were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up every day and were skillful. “Brad Crockett provided us with a wonderful remodeling experience. We had a bad experience with a previous designer/project manager on another project and when we mentioned it to a friend. They invited us to see Brad's work in their home and highly recommended him. Unlike the previous designer, he stayed active and involved while giving us suggestions and carefully listening to our vision of a new entry way, half bath, pantry, and kitchen. When it came to materials such as counter tops and tile, he listed several reputable suppliers to choose from for our design and price choices. He let us know what their schedules were and he made the time to visit them with us for pricing, material finish, and scheduling questions. As an example, we chose an unusual granite pattern that required specific cuts and trims. There were serious problems with the first delivery. However it was corrected on a second attempt and Brad made sure that was so. He accompanied the second delivery, stayed late on a Friday evening, and ensured that the installation was perfect. Brad's experience makes him extremely knowledgeable and his dedication shows in his honesty and patience. Thanks to Brad our renovation began and ended on time and within budget. We'll definitely go to Brad for future remodeling.”
