“Partial remodel of a 1939 Georgian home in the Southgate neighborhood in Houston. Work included partial remodel of two bathrooms, install of a new tankless water heater and solar attic fan, install of a full deck in the Attic, new concrete walkway, 2 new doors, hardwood floor install in the kitchen , etc. Work done to a very good quality standard. Excellent communications with Company Owner Greg Simmons, who was a regular presence on the job site. The 2 month project completed on schedule, at end-January 2016.. Would highly recommend Greg and B&W for similar projects !!”

“Isaac and his team did an excellent job on my bathroom considering it was a 1950s style with a lot of concrete. I cannot believe my eyes when I look at my new bathroom...it has been updated and the tile work was spectacular. I sought 3 quotes for the project and 3D design offered the best option. Their price quote was very reasonable considering the level of the upgrades. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“I remolded a 1970s house with the help of Ray and his crew. They did an amazing job! Ray walked me through my options, gave me ideas for the remodel, and was there every step of the way. I gutted the floors, demoed walls in the kitchen and master bathroom, and redid the counters and back splash throughout the home. I would highly recommend using Big City Construction for your next project, big or small.”

“Greg remodeled my 100 year old house and in the process transformed it from a dodgy mess to a showplace. He knocked down walls, installed pony walls, French doors, refinished my oak floors with a traditional tung oil finish, replaced linoleum floors with stone, Formica counters with poured concrete, and replaced the hideous clam shell moulding and luan paneling with period appropriate moulding and even restored my plaster walls. Everyone who enters my house comments "You have a beautiful home."”

“Norman and his team managed the entire remodel of a rent house for us in Houston. What began as cosmetic updates became a full-scale update of a very old house.
