The old galvanized pipe sprung a leak above our kitchen, we hired another company to patch it, they came out, fixed the wrong pipe, and the next thing you know we had to replace our whole kitchen because of the extent of the damage 2 days later. Shut off valves are now easily accessible, we have great new features, and not one call back was required. Their man was extremely courteous, clean, fast, and professional.
