He has rebuilt my porch, installed a basement ceiling, painted the entire interior, repaired and resurfaced the outside cedar shakes, and installed a dehumidifier in my basement, so it is dry for the first time in years. In each case, his work is excellent. He stays on the job, and completes it to my satisfaction. He is respectful, and keeps me appraised of the work progress while I am away (I only partially occupy this home). It is like having a family member do the repairs on your home. This past winter, a pipe burst while my son was at the house. Lonnie came to assist on a Saturday evening! He helped calm my son, and proceeded to help with the initial clean-up. Then he took charge of repairing the extensive water damage to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and basement. I gave him the keys, and he took care of the rest, including guiding the insurance adjuster through the damage.
