“Slava does what he says! We have had him do several paint projects including our whole exterior this summer. When I wanted the brick painted, too, he researched the right way to do it, had recommendations, and tried in every way possible to ensure we were happy. He showed up on time, gave us a reasonable bid, made sure we were happy and left everything clean when finished. He and his crew are happy people, willing to work hard and please the customer. “Emily is a talented experienced color professional. Last Fall I had the pleasure of painting one of her projects in the Mt. Baker neighborhood in Seattle. The owner wished to preserve and feature the unique architectural elements of his 90 year old craftsman. Emily translated the owner's vision into a 7 color scheme that the owner loved and the neighbors appreciated. ““Great quality, service, and attention to detail. The job consisted of painting all exterior and interior surfaces for around 2300 sq ft home. I met with 4 painters to quote the job. I choose Universal because Victor (the owner) seemed to have a great customer service approach, I liked the description of the quality level to which they would do the job, he, and the quote was a great value. All proved to be true throughout the job and I am extremely happy with the experience and result. As it says on Universal’s company car, “expect the best; accept nothing less.” This statement accurately describes Universal's approach from start to finish. I very highly recommend them!!!””

“Ross came and gave me an estimate for my painting job. There was a very tall area to be painted, a hallway, a bathroom and a bedroom. He gave me an excellent price, was very kind and did a wonderful job! My house looks gorgeous now! He has a great technique and works very fast so he can do a lot in one day. Actually, half a day. I was very impressed and will refer him to anyone who want a true professional for a great value. Thank you Ross!!”

“I ordered some custom wallpaper that came peel and stick, and larger than standard sized rolls. I got one sheet up, and realized I was in over my head and needed Help. Alex came the next day and worked a miracle on the wall, salvaging the sheet that I had ruined in a few places. He was professional and quick, and it looks absolutely amazing. Lesson learned to call a pro, and just buy regular wallpaper, not a giant sticker!”
