Once the estimate was accepted; he scheduled the work to be done. He told us that he would start on Tuesday. He started on Tuesday. He told us that we would be painting by Thursday. We were painting by Thursday. There were no big surprises or "Uh Ohs" because Rob and his team leader, Israel, had walked the job several times.
