“Jose provided excellent customer service. He was very empathic & resourceful with my concerns of finding a replacement part which, after 22 years with a chandelier that has recently been damaged. I always say, conducting business with a company/someone is especially dependent on how they make you feel, which in turn makes you a devoted customer. Well Jose made me feel special, he located the parts and informed me that he will be forwarding. An excellent experience with him and the Livex Lighting organization. True Customer Service Skills are still here with those who know the importance of customer retention. Thank You!!”

“Just completed renovating my bathroom and purchased everything I needed from Decor Price. I ordered on the phone rather than online and they were extremely courteous and patient with me. Everything arrived on time, securely packaged and in perfect condition. You can't beat their prices. I highly recommend.”

“I m so happy I decided to go with S&M lighting. they were very professional and the fixtures are top quality from what I saw out on the market. the installation took a few hours and you would not see a trace of where Dustin ran the wires. as far as the lighting at night just enough. all the neighbors marveled at the job that was done. Also the fixtures are guaranteed for life . I highly recommend S&M”

“Brad worked with me to design two pendant and one semi flush fixture. He was patient, kind, and courteous. He is very creative and knowledgable In his profession. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted in the chain stores and was drawn to Brads products. The lights work very well with my decor and I am very pleased with them.”

“Extremely professional, knowledgable staff helped me pick fixtures for my vacation home total remodel. After describing styles I like and my price range, they came up with many suggestions, both from their showroom and from catalogs. They made design suggestions (eg. how many, what kind of fixtures for a given application, how big), and did not push the expensive stuff. Their showroom is the best around, with a wide $ range of traditional and contemporary fixtures, including $$$$ gorgeous designer fixtures. After visiting lighting showrooms in the Bowery/ Village, I found it easier to make my choices by searching online and talking with The Light Gallery staff. Very competitive prices, patient and gracious when I changed my mind, and responsive service when pieces arrived broken.”
