“Very unsupportive customer service! I purchased Zen lights online for a new build. After several months passed it was time to install. At the time of installation the electricians notified me that the set up of the boxes would not work with the light box and studs where they were. I asked to return despite the lights never being used and one still unopened and the company had no desire to even hear out my situation and stuck by the firm return timing window. It's really unfortunate as I absolutely loved the lights, wished they would have work, but would have had zero knowledge ahead of time that the unique box on these lights would not work with boxes mounted to studs. Now I'm out a significant amount because of a technical issue that a common non electrician would have never known to look for or ask ahead of time. I simply do not understand why they will not accept a return for items that can be easily resold. Sure I could list on Ebay but I would lose money and that just doesn't seem right to me. I just wish customer service were more service oriented and less of a by the book numbers game with profits before happy customers.”
