After making an appointment for Rich to come and see our garden and a discussion about what we wanted, he provided us with a very reasonably and competitive quote. Part of the project was to install a foldable clothes line and despite installing it to my specified height,I realised it was actually much too high for me. After a sheepish conversation with Rich and his team they did not hesitate to dig out the concrete and reinstall the clothes line again! The team were always professional and friendly. The team came in on the days promised and packed up and cleared away at the end of the day. And the project was brought in on time and on budget.
