He turned a large, brambly patch of woods full of debris and 30 years worth of vines, weeds, and sticker bushes into a beautiful oasis where we love to spend time. He built a beautiful stone patio, replaced a large section of our lawn with new sod, planted numerous shrubs, large trees, and perennials, all of which are thriving, and built a gravel drainage ditch, incorporating it into the landscape so that it seems like a natural part of the property. Manuel knows his plants, and does a great job of helping you decide where plants should be placed, and where to move existing plants in order to maximize their impact in the landscape. He is an excellent communicator, always responding to messages very quickly, and providing estimates in a timely manner. Finally, Manuel is just a really good person, very friendly, with an equally friendly crew, always full of smiles and good cheer even when they're hauling enormous hemlock trees with root balls the size of wine barrels off the truck.
