“Justino and his team did a full remodel of our yard. Justino was a huge help in finalizing the design. He also came up with a number of creative solutions to some of the issues with our property. We had a few challenges that we had to work through. The project was larger than Justino anticipated and it took longer than we thought. We also ended up more over budget than we thought. “After months of planning we lost our contractor weeks prior to renovating our kitchen and main living space. We had appliances and cabinetry purchased with set delivery dates and were in a panic - walls needed to move and beams needed to go up. In 14 weeks Fractal completed all demolition, installed a 22 foot beam to span the room (allowing us to remove 3 walls), added a window and exterior door, adjusted/shifted 4 interior door ways, managed all plumbing and electrical, completed all drywall work, painted all interior walls, placed new baseboard throughout the house, and received and assisted with install of appliances. “Rob and his crew just finished redoing my backyard. What was once a muddy plot of land is now a gorgeous and function space. My wife and I have two small dogs some of our top priorities were to install pet safe plants and grass in sustainable locations (to minimize muddy spots). Rob were closely with us to select plants that were attractive, hearty, and safe for the dogs. Rob also offered excellent guidance and suggestions for plant placement and planter bed locations. His crew worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up the entire set before they left each day. Rob's priority is to make sure you are happy with the finished product. When I requested a few rework items towards the end of the project, Rob didn't hesitate and came out the next day to rework the items as requested.
