David quickly analyzed what the issues were and proposed straightforward solutions. He worked with our gutter installer to recommend both bigger gutters and downspouts as well as better placement of downspouts. Texas Oasis then went to work re-designing the ground drainage and the downspout drainage systems, typing them together and running new sub-surface drain pipes to the street. And David's team did this with minimal disruption to our landscaping. In one problem area, a competitor told us we needed a $5000+ custom system put in place; David looked at the same problem area and fixed it for 1/10th the cost. We did not need them at that point for landscaping, but would hire them in the future without question. Chanc, the CEO/President himself, came out to review what i was wanting, the property, and what he thought might be good as well.
