“We used Balaney last summer to redo the front 30 year old landscaping which was quite sad. John and his team came in, walked the property, met with us to discuss what we wanted and as importantly what we did not want. Within days we had a good schematic and estimate and Balaney was extremely open to tweaks in the design and plant selection. They even advised re-using a couple of ornamental plants in good shape. We were very pleased to see the landscape drawings so we could picture the end product and plant placement. You would be surprised at the number of landscapers who don’t, and only provide a listing of proposed plants and total cost. Needless to say, their response, timing, design creativity and attention paid to our budget drove us to hire them. (And they’re all nice guys as well!). They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would. And it looked like they said it would. Before final planting they requested we come out and see the layout for final approval. They left the property spotless and I believe even checked back in a week or two later. The crew that day was ridiculously fast and clean and it was 90 out that day. We have a couple of smaller jobs this spring and will be reaching out to them again!”
