“We were looking for a bathroom company that could offer a professional design service as well as great quality products and installation services. From the moment we went to the Premier Klasse showrooms – both in Basingstoke and Ascot, we knew they were the right company for us. Our designer Lauren who is based in the lovely new Ascot showroom, was warm and welcoming and took the time to really listen and understand our ideas and wants/needs. She came back to us with brilliant designs that we could never have achieved on our own. She has worked patiently with us throughout the design process making changes to achieve the best design going above and beyond to ensure that everything is correct. The installation will take place in the next couple of months once other renovations are completed and we can’t wait to see the final bathroom and shower room come to life.”

“I have a hansgrohe sink tap high pressure. Our hot water pressure was very poor. Saw the company video showing how to make it better with an aerator low pressure mixer. making contact with the company they advised this should work and very kindly sent me one with no cost what so ever. ( A new year gift) I fitted it and it is brilliant. Can't thank you enough Stone & Chrome for saving me the cost of a new tap + fitting for your kind advice and the new year gift. BRILLIANT”

“We had been researching aged copper worktops for some time before stumbling across Modum Worktops. Modum Worktops were extremely responsive and helpful right from the outset. We asked them to make a copper worktop for our new kitchen island. Communication was great, Thomas turned up very punctually both to take measurements and when it came to fitting, and the turnaround time from measurements to fitting was very quick. He was also clean and tidy in the house. We are extremely pleased with the finished product, much better than we expected and even more pleased with the service we received. I would recommend Modum Worktops without hesitation.”

He was very helpful in the design stage and gave good advice and ideas and had a real passion for his work, this along with his reviews was the main reason we chose him to undertake the work. “We had a Quatreau Tap installed as part of a total renovation of our kitchen (and the rest of our house). We had wanted a boiling-water tap, but having done our research we found that Quatreau could do boiling water, hand-warm water, chilled drinking water and sparkling drinking water in a single tap - amazing! The design is extremely attractive and, crucially, safe - the tap itself is insulated so it doesn't get hot, and there is a mechanism to prevent children activating the boiling water tap. It has become an essential in our kitchen - no idea how we managed before we had it, and we will absolutely have one installed in any future kitchen.”

“Rufus and Konrad made fantastic job of our small bathroom turned into shower room last month in Twickenham. The suggestions we were given for material, fittings and design were great.
