“Jimmy Cunningham and his crew renovated my basement in an older home in Toronto. They transformed a dark dingy basement - turning it into a wonderful one bedroom, plus den, open concept airy space. They were absolutely awesome to work with. They had a great attitude, worked fast to meet my deadline, accepted all my changes with a smile and the final result was exactly what I wanted. They were also extremely generous in coming back to add a couple of extra items I wanted at no extra charge. As well they built me an beautiful ensuite with shower and laundry room on my top floor, and transferred an old main floor bathroom into a modern well designed bathroom that my friends go "wow" when they walk in. The plumbing for the new bathroom was a design challenge that they worked through perfectly. “My recent kitchen renovation was 21 plus years in the making! We inherited our kitchen - not bad shape 21 years ago! But over the years of wear and tear and growing children and many parties .... it WAS time! I am so happy that I found Kitchen Cabinet Source and Nitin (General contractor). I did my homework and interviewed all the contractors for the BIGGEST job yet in my house! I am so pleased, happy and content with the complete kitchen renovation. Nitin's knowledge of product, appliances, trends was top notch. There are so many choices out there - he helped and directed me with his expertise. All the trades he brought in were respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It was certainly worth the wait. 2 plus weeks operating in a small kitchen in the basement was a challenge (especially for our teenage children) - but we managed. When I look in my kitchen now - I feel like I'm in someone else's home! Everything blends and works together for what I call a "Beyond a Martha Stewart" look! I purposely did not post pre, during and post pictures on social media, as I want friends, neighbours and eventually family from England to see if first hand. Taking pictures really does not do it justice. Nitin was very creative with some of his design suggestions - ideas that I would never have thought of myself. I had one idea - he had other ideas! Happy to say - his ideas were the best! He works with sub-contractors who are totally professional and experts in their respective areas. He organized and scheduled everything to a tee! Have to say that I was stressed during this period. Simply can't imagine how stressed I would have been, had I dealt directly with all the various trades and sub-contractors directly. I would strongly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Source/Nitin for many projects around the home. We are already working and saving towards some future projects with him.”
