“We enjoyed working with Michelle on various interior decoration options for our house. She helped us sort through different paint colors and provided numerous options for us to consider. Both my husband and I grew up in houses with plain white walls, so for us to "step outside the box" and consider different colors for our house was a big step. Michelle eased us into the process and gave us countless options to consider, knowing that they all fit under one color scheme. She strongly encouraged us to consider a darker brown paint for our hallway, which I originally did not agree with. However, we ended up going with a dark brown in our hallway and it's now one of my favorite places in our house. Overall, we have 10 different paint colors (including accent walls) in our house. Michelle also discussed furniture arrangement and drew some options for us to consider now, as well as later when we have more time and money to spend on a big project. We are definitely excited to hold onto these options and explore them down the road. She also directed us to different websites so that we can view and potentially buy different furniture pieces that would fit our space. Michelle also recommended where to hang framed pictures on the wall and how to standardize the frame locations throughout a room. This was a huge help for us, and we waited nearly a year before hanging on the walls because we wanted to make sure it was just right. Overall, Michelle was a big help for us and motivated us to step outside the box. We are so pleased with how everything has turned out and have received many compliments from friends and family. We highly recommend working with her!”

Debi is extremely knowledgeable and creative about interior design but never tries to impose her will on a client. She learns what your style is - contemporary, modern, traditional, farmhouse - then collaborates with you to turn your likes and ideas into an actual decor. You are always the boss and have the last word. If some object you love - a rug, a piece of art, a piece of furniture - doesn't fit stylistically with your overall design plan Debi will alert you but will never say you can't/shouldn't purchase anything you truly want; she can always "work around" the piece and give you an overall look you love. Debi is also extremely good at providing pictures. If you want a new coffee table, for instance, Debi will send you pictures of tables that match your desired style, size, color, shape, and cost. If all this wasn't enough, Debi's fees are extremely reasonable when compared to what other design specialists charge.”
