Then she went to work with a relatively blank canvas... She spent significant time evaluating the home and determining what furniture showed the home in the most favorable light. Christie has a great attitude, worked with us to keep costs under control and produced a spectacular result. “Jessica masterminded two big projects for me after I bought my forever home here in Colorado. First, she took on the task of building my dream poker basement wet bar ready to accommodate 30 poker players during the monthly tournament. To say she exceeded my expectations would be the understatement of the year. Her passion was only surpassed by her imagination for what a guy from Tennessee would want in his wet bar. When she showed me the drawings of her ideas a couple weeks later, I didn't realize she listened to every word I said during our meeting in addition to my thoughts I didn't even know I had! From the floating shelves holding a multitude of liquors...to the smoked mirrors...to the recessed lighting...to the under-the-counter icemaker and beer fridges...to the vintage pokerchip backsplash that ties everything together. It is truly the centerpiece of my basement and is the talk of all my friends. It's simply one of a kind...a better feeling than looking down at pocket aces during the final table of the World Series of Poker. Next, I wanted a backyard oasis that would take advantage of my gorgeous views of Pikes Peak. She basically started with a blank slate that was begging for her designer expertise since I have none. Complete with a killer, multi-level pergola that drowns out the afternoon scorching sun, natural-looking stained/stamped cement patio, oversized hammocks, natural stone fire pit, hot tub, grasses and flowers with drip systems....she once again overdid herself. My favorite part of my day now is relaxing in one of the hammocks, reading a good book or sipping a fine whiskey, and watching the sun fall behind the mountains. That's my heaven...all thanks to Jessica and her JTone team. :-)”

“Gidget Webster, head of DesignCents, was the designer and decorator for our new luxury bathroom in Colorado. She brought to the job a great combination of skills and tools -- floor plan software, technical experience, product knowledge, relationship building, and hands on know-how. Artistic, technical, creative, and mechanical -- she brings it all. To design this new bathroom, Gidget converted our conversations using a complex software into a flat blueprint that transformed to a three dimensional, 360 degree rotating picture of the bathroom. When the room was built, the picture and the actual room looked exactly alike. This was amazingly helpful. When it came to making decisions about tile patterns, sink and shower hardware, she made this an easier process for me. The unlimited possibilites were overwhelming to me. She came to me with three ideas with physical samples she thought matched my tastes and budget and let me react to them. The end results were beautiful because her sample did match my taste but were more beautiful and creative than I would have imagined on my own. I had hired the builder before I hired Gidget and he was a strongly opinionated man. Gidget managed to get him to cooperate completely with her. She was conscious of costs on my behalf, often saying things like "I would never pay this much for tile" or "you'll get your money's worth with such-and-such" I know she helped me save money without sacrificing style. Another reason I liked working with Gidget is that she accommodated my own imagination. I have elaborate ideas; sometimes, impossible ones. For example, I wanted to use a crude dough bowl as a double sink. She helped me accomplished this At the end, Gidget added her own mechanical savvy. For example, the builder installed the shower and the sink hardware upside down. She figured it out and changed it herself. She even made some installations on her own wearing her tool belt and using her own drill. The bathroom has all the features I wanted and it is gorgeous!”
