She's not afraid to tell us if either of our ideas are not practical, which is, in an of itself invaluable, particularly when our "vision" isn't going to work. However, she can take our "vision" and make us both happy...not an easy talent! She provides inexhaustible patience and energy in researching our ideas and implementing their purchase and delivery, which saves us time. As a working couple, time is valuable and her ability to visualize a great look within our budget and deliver on time is why we wouldn't want to work within anyone else. We have never had to request a return of an item she has provided. Taking us to the supplier for feeling and touching of the furniture has never been a problem.
