“We live in a 3 story townhouse in Chicago. Our second floor is a kitchen/living room/dining room combo. Monika was instrumental in completely transforming the space. Our remodel involved taking down a wall that separated the kitchen from the living/dining room and reconfiguring the new cabinets and new appliances to an open space with breakfast bar. We also added a dry bar and wine cabinetry to a corner. New floors, refacing the fireplace and adding a custom mantle completed the project.
