“I hired Josh and CWAGS at the last minute for Xmas lights, gutters, and roof work. They were amazing. My emails, texts, and calls were returned promptly. My questions were answered and details were given. It was a sideways type of day when their crew arrived. Regardless of the weather, they were up on the roof, cleaning the gutters and putting up the lights. They checked in often and made sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving. I have to admit, I have had other companies at my house doing the same work over the years, and my lights and gutters looked so much better after Josh and his crew did the work. So professional looking. During these harsh winter storms, my gutters have worked perfectly. Regardless of the type of work I have to do on my house in the future, Josh and his company will be the first ones I call. Very professional, polite, concise, and the work was better that I ever could have imagined and better than I have seen on other houses. “Share review Embed review 3/4/2018 I've been using Orchid for nearly 2 years based on a referral from a friend and have had them come by twice a month for most of this time and I've been extremely happy. I do their basic 1-bedroom service which gets me cleaned floors, a scrubbed kitchen and bathroom, dusted & cleaned surfaces, vacuuming, a made bed, and general tidying. They actually have copies of my keys so they can let themselves in and have had zero issues. In fact being able to leave for work in the morning and come home knowing your apartment will be spick and span is absolutely the best feeling in the world. They've been very accommodating to me when I shift my schedule around (When possible I like to shift my scheduled cleaning dates to have them show up when I'm on vacation or the day I'm hosting a party) and only rarely have had to change their schedule on me (and with one exception that was entirely reasonable when explained I've always had at least 24 hours notice). Honestly they are great! Highly recommend!”
