“We purchased service with Air Ducts Pro as part of a promotional deal. They were very quick to schedule service, and showed up right in the middle of the designated arrival window. The cleaning of the ducts was very thorough - they cut holes in the main lines and hooked up their vacuum line that was run in to the house through a window in the basement, and dislodged the gunk in the supply and return lines with their powered, spinning brushes. They showed me before and after pictures of the return lines and let me look myself into the more accessible ones, and the amount of junk on the surfaces before cleaning was impressive - after cleaning it looked much better! The house smelled fresher too. Due to some signs of rust and what might have been mold, they recommended a disinfectant service, but didn't give me a hard sell or scare tactics on it - simply presented the options and let me choose for myself if I felt it was worthwhile. When they were finished they closed up all the holes and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. All in all great service!”

“My home was affected by the Tubbs fire. We hired The Best Air Quality and Restoration to do a major cleanup effort in our home. Val and his team showed up and took care of everything. Their communication with me was outstanding. I always knew the plan for the day and they would call or text with any questions. Not only that they worked in tough conditions. Due to the fire there was no heat or water in the house. They never let the bad conditions affect their job. They always arrived and left with the best attitudes. “Very fast acting company , called them yesterday and today in the morning they cleaned my dryer vent . They removed 2 full bags of fluffy stuff from vent . Just checked Drying cycle , I put there 9 towels and they was completelly dry in 21 minutes( before it was more then hour ) Tottaly satisfied client;) I wish you good clients for your bussines . “Omg omg wow, I was very surprised because I found their add on craigslist and I was very cautious at first. But the owner and her staff came to my home and I spoke to them and felt relieved. “I'd give Dave 10 stars if I could! I've been using this company for carpet for my clients for several years now. There have been situations when I thought we were going to have to replace carpet before listing for sale but then CMG comes in and gets out all those stains. It's really unbelievable, those edges that get black, and random stains that end up on the carpet. He has saved my clients thousands of dollars by not having to replace carpet. I've also never heard any complaints and that is pretty rare!”

“Excellent Customer Service... Great Work...Reasonable Price! I initially hired this company to re-glaze my two cast iron tubs. I could not believe the finished product. When Tub Coaters was done, both tubs looked brand new. In fact, the tub in one of my bathrooms looked so good that it made me realize that I needed to improve other aspects of the room as well. I was so happy with Tub Coaters' work on my tubs that I contacted them again to install a wall surround and new flooring. They did an amazing job! They sent Renee, an experienced contractor, who went above and beyond my expectations. Eric, located at the main office, followed-up with me during the process and after the project was completed to ensure my full satisfaction. Everything was done well and quickly.
