“Great company! After confirming with PG&E that the awful smell from our vent was not a gas leak, we called B Green Service late in the evening and got a call back first thing in the morning. Dan was helpful, a good communicator, and arranged for a team to come out immediately. The workers were courteous, prompt, also great communicators, and immediately figured out the situation. They were upfront with the potential costs, and their recommendations, solved the problem (a dead rat), and also disinfected the vents for us.
