“We hired OSAV to install lutron lighting and shades control in our home. The level of professionalism and technical aptitude is unmatched. We are beyond happy! Since the initial installation we've hired them again to upgrade our wifi and wired network and they really delivered. Our new system is so much faster, more reliable, and cost a fraction of what our previous system cost. I cannot recommend OSAV enough! “Interactive Home Design is a great and professional company providing quality and affordable service to us for many years now. One specific example is that we were about 1 week away from our annual Super Bowl party and we developed a problem with an old and failing component in our AV system. Pete and his team came to our home in Westchester and fixed the problem within one-day of my urgent service call. In addition, his team came up again, free of charge, about a week or two later to tweak the system to perfection. Pete is the consummate professional and has become a personal friend over the years. From small to big jobs, I have been very satisfied with his excellent performance. I highly recommend him.”

“I first used DTV to do the telephone and entertainment systems in my Apartment. I found them to be totally professional, extremely capable and they were not only fairly priced but talked me out of some thing that were unnessacary and could be done in easier ways. I was so pleased with their work that I had them update my summer home in Southampton. As in NY they showed up when scheduled and did a terrific job at a fraction of the cost of local tradesman. I recomend then and hope they do not get so busy that I cannot get them when needed.”

“Eugene and his team installed a home theater in my apartment (projector + in wall speakers + receiver) and did an excellent job. Eugene was extremely professional and diligent. He spent a lot of time explaining to me the various options and recommended a few dofferent speakers. It was very easy to schedule the work as he was flexible with the dates. He even came back over the weekend when the job was done to help re-programming the universal remote and explain the settings to me. Overall great experience.”
