“Kelly, Justin, Zach and team did a complete re-wire for home automation, distributed audio-video, outdoor TVs and sound. It was a massive project integrating custom lighting scenes, AV in 8 rooms and outdoor, pool controls, security, enterprise-grade WiFi, and climate controls. The project came out fantastic. We can now control all of our home automation from a single iPhone application, watch the same live sports at the same time with no delay on multiple TVs, etc. They were patient in building programming of the smart home system that meets our needs and have been fantastic to work with post-project as we continue to refine and upgrade the system. Here is the bottom line - we have succeeded in making my wife’s life simpler and more efficient - she is happy with the system, programming, and support. This means it is a success. “I have been a customer of Magnolia for over 5 years. Originally I went there to buy a Smart TV as I needed one, as my old one was not. Ethan Davis helped me. I asked him a lot of questions because I wanted a TV that would last and not have to be upgraded every 5 years with all the bells and whistles. Also, my hearing is slightly impaired and I wear hearing aids so I wanted a TV that had a good sound system. Ethan found the perfect TV for me that fit all my needs and was reasonably priced. But why I remembered him was because after i bought the TV and he had already received his commission, I had all sorts of questions and called him for the next three months or so when ever I didn't understand something. He took every call and treated me with respect, patience and kindness. I never felt like I was bothering him (though I'm sure I was). He was a man that genuinely loved his job and liked helping people and took pride in his work. He told me that before I buy a new TV for my living room, he wanted to come out to my place to give me a free consultation to see what my best options were. Again, he spent all kinds of time with me, showed me what I needed, and supervised the entire process which was involved. My condo is situated in such a way, that the wiring required a new system in order for me to stream the channels I like and movies on Netflix, Amazon and Hulu. It was a very involved ordeal and he supervised and managed everything for me. He knew it was over my head, and he made it so easy for me. Ethan Davis is one man that makes sure when you purchase a product from him, you are completely happy with your purchase and he is not satisfied until you are. He cares and he is also very talented and knowledgeable about the products he sells. Ethan is a great representative for Magnolia and they are lucky to have him. “I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Shaby on the fairly complicated installation of a new TV for my client. I had designed a custom entertainment center, and Ron had to work carefully in a tight space to install all of the media equipment, route wires, hide cords - and do it all without marring the specialty finish on the new cabinet! But, even before installing, Ron made an initial trip to the client's home to identify what would be needed for the project, and while there, he explained that a sound bar mounted below the TV would be ideal for sound clarity. Apparently, the built-in speakers on flat-screen TVs are not that great. She agreed, and I have to say, after hearing the sound, it felt like we were in a movie theater with surround sound. He really knows his stuff! I was amazed at how quickly he worked, and while my client and I were reviewing fabrics in another room, it seemed that in almost no time, Ron came to tell us the installation was complete. He gave us a tutorial, demonstrating how the different remotes worked and teaching us even how to get downloaded music to play through the new speaker. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service are impeccable, and I look forward to working with him on future projects!”
